FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whereas we do have set fees and pricing for most of our services, others may be negotiable depending on the customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is preferred, if time allows, to meet with the customer beforehand for a free consultation. This allows both parties to get a feel for each other and what is to be expected. However, a face to face may not be always possible. A phone interview/consultation can work just as well in some cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal education in photography; just experience that spans almost three decades. You can read books and study everything under the sun that will give you technical information and theory on how things can be done. But absolutely nothing is a better teacher than experience. As I was learning my craft I shot thousands of pictures, reviewed and compared them to what other professionals were doing and what was going on in the industry. From that experience I was able to improve consistently and develop my "style".
