- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The leasing fee is the first month's rent, which I collect directly from the tenant. The management fee is between 8 and 10 percent of the monthly rent, depending on the property. Other fees include start-up fee, renewal fee, and Section 8 fees. Please contact me for details.

Review the property. Check for outstanding maintenance and inspections. Market. Screen. Lease. Manage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed broker and Realtor in the state of Missouri, and I've leased hundreds of units. I also own and manage my own investment property.
