Having rented out one of our homes in the past my husband and I knew the kind of work that goes into managing a property. The process of finding a good renter alone can be painful! I was interested in renting my condo. I had a friend who has used Avenue for a couple of years so I gave them a try. I was nervous about the whole experience but it has been stress-free. Michael has answered all of my questions and has handled everything professionally. I am going to take advantage of the monthly management so that I don't have to deal with any problems that may arise during the lease. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The leasing fee is the first month's rent, which I collect directly from the tenant. The management fee is between 8 and 10 percent of the monthly rent, depending on the property. Other fees include start-up fee, renewal fee, and Section 8 fees. Please contact me for details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the property. Check for outstanding maintenance and inspections. Market. Screen. Lease. Manage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed broker and Realtor in the state of Missouri, and I've leased hundreds of units. I also own and manage my own investment property.
