What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full-service property management and real estate company. Our fees start at 10%. However, with multiple properties, we reduce that to 8%. In addition, instead of charging the normal one-month rent our initial set-up fee is only $100.00 As we are a licensed realtor we can help with purchases and the sale of any of your portfolio.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a simple process, we can set up a phone call or email that someone from our team will walk you through just a few items we need to put you into our system. We then take all of the information and input it into our system which is available for you online. Give us a call today to learn more.
