- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically do not quote prices via email or text, due to the large number of variables in the wildlife control business. We prefer customers call us so we can ask the right questions to determine how to best assist you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a trapping job such as squirrels or raccoons, we do a complete inspection of the building and determine where the animal is entering and how to best remove it and prevent other animals from moving in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician is the area's only Certified Wildlife Control Professional and Academy Certified Professional for repairing animal damage. Both owners are Bat Standards Certified in the removal and exclusion of bats.
