In March of last year we had a hail storm that damaged our roof. We called Ed right after the storm and he assessed that our roof needed to be replaced and took our insurance information. From that moment on Ed coordinated with the insurance, was present when the insurance assessor went on the roof and coordinated with him to make sure that all the damage was accounted for. As a result the insurance covered the full replacement of our roof. Ed followed up with them to make sure that we received our check quickly and as soon as we did he had his crew here to replace the roof. The entire process took less than two weeks. We now have a beautiful new roof. Ed is knowledgeable about roofs and the insurance industry. He is very pleasant to work with and highly responsible. We have been pleased with the work and any questions we have had subsequently have been addressed within a day.

I live and Ballwin and we had the worst hail storm in history thus leaving my roof, gutters, siding, & deck with hail damage. I called Holthaus Roofing to come assess the damage and met with Ed Holthaus. In the first 5 minutes of interaction you could tell Ed was very detailed oriented and passionate about his business and doing things the right way. Ed met with my insurance adjuster and really turned into a Project Manager which made the process a breeze for me. Fast forward installation is completed. There appears to be an issue with a piece of siding that touches part of the roof. I called Ed and explained the situation and he came out immediately. After reviewing the issue I asked Ed if I was being too picky or unrealistic and he not only agreed with me but said Hey its your house. You live here year round, I dont. If you dont like it well get it fixed. Wow! Its not often you get that kind of commitment and feeling of partnership. In this industry, there is only one company I will refer and do business with and thats Holthaus Roofing.

We were decimated by a hail storm and didn't know what to do. Ed Holthaus from Holthaus Roof, LLC made the process so easy, and before we knew it, we had our new roof. I sent him to my neighbor, and he did the same for her. I can not recommend Holthaus Roof, LLC highly enough. They're amazing!

They did a great job! The sales guy even came out in a storm and covered our roof to keep it from leaking until they could get started on replacing the roofing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We of course, would love to meet you and your family, but can also communicate by telephone or email. We generally just need your permission to get on your roof to inspect the property and roof structure for damage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not give any roofer any money until the day of installation on an insurance claim! Read reviews and make sure you are working with a company that is local and has your best interest at heart.
