- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We of course, would love to meet you and your family, but can also communicate by telephone or email. We generally just need your permission to get on your roof to inspect the property and roof structure for damage.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not give any roofer any money until the day of installation on an insurance claim! Read reviews and make sure you are working with a company that is local and has your best interest at heart.
