I received multiple calls from a rep in the St Louis area to quote me for services when I initially searched for services through this app. When the work was done, I notice that something I was quoted for didn’t seem quite done. When reaching back out to the regional manager who gave me the quote, I found it difficult to get ahold of him. A week or two later, I noticed my other window was off track and wasn’t locking. Again, I reached out, and I feel as if I don’t reach out multiple times, I wouldn’t get a response. I’m extremely displeased at this point and will never use their services again.
