- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process as easy as possible. When we receive a call we take a little information such as name, address, and contact information and job details. Depending on the type of work request we will either plan it into our route to take a look always within 2 days and sometimes the same day or if a customer wants to meet with us we will schedule a time convenient for the customer. Once we look at the job we provide a quote right away many times immediately on site. If hired we can sometimes complete smaller jobs or repairs at this time and if this is not possible we schedule the job for a date agreeable to our customer and complete the work at this time. Jobs involving higher material cost require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion while all other jobs only require payment in full at time of completion. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment.

- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners as well as business owners, property management companies, contractors, and investors.
