Azim was extremely unprofessional, particularly when it came to timeliness. He often did not come when scheduled and failed to notify me that he would be late or absent. Also, neither his spoken nor written word can be counted upon. In fact, he has yet to fulfill several obligations to me, despite considering his job completed. Further, you can be sure that he'll damage something, not mention it, promise to repair it when he's called out, but never return to repair the damage. Right now, I have a security camera system that I can not operate on the accompanying monitor because he failed to train me. Additionally, I can not fully operate the system's functions on my cell and laptop apps, again due to a lack of training. Please hire another company if you want the installation of security cameras to be as seamless as possible, before and afterwards.
