My property was requested condemnation with structural problems by St Louis City. I called some engineering services. But they did not have any solutions to fix, some engineers have solutions very expensive to fit it.Finally, I was very lucky to have American Consulting Engineers Inc with very smart engineers. They made some calculations and analysis to have very simple method to fix the problems. Now, everything passed, saved tons of money.

I hired a engineering service in local of st louis. They take 3 months but did not finish the jobs. I changed to American Consulting Engineers. Wow!!! they worked fast and much lower price. Just a week they got the city permit. Wonderful!!!! 5 stars for them.

Dong was very helpful. He went out of his way to help us out of a real problem with the county. We will call him first every time we purchase a house to rehab. couldn't be happier.
