FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I could charge $149.00 an hour for a three man crew, (one guy would be an experienced climber). Plus a chipper, dump truck, and all of the equipment that might be needed. or more, like some tree companies. Or I can give you a great price in a estimate. That's the way most people go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time to meet with the customer. I look at the tree or trees, and talk about what needs done. I always give an estimate then, in writing. I can do anything to a tree that needs done. I have been in the tree business all of my life. Since I was 17 years old. That's why I do all of my own climbing. So I can afford to give you a better price than the average tree company. I even have good reveiws on better business bureau. I hope to talk to you soon. Have a good day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My cousin taught me how to climb. My first few years in the business. It takes experience, dedication, and safety to become a good cliber. I have it. The desire to become a great tree climber.
