- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a standard monthly rate for our services, but we prefer to speak with our clients and determine what their needs are before sharing pricing. We want to make sure we are able to provide the desired services and achieve client goals within your specified timeframe. We are able to create custom pricing offerings depending on your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by developing your brand's editorial voice, tone, and style. We start from the ground up and help you create your brand's story. Together, we will create a business strategy, a customer strategy, determine your audience and brand's shared goals, curate original and engaging content, and finally implement an effective marketing strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my 5 years of work experience in the digital media marketing & management field, I have an AA in Public Relations & Advertising from St. Louis Community College, a BA in Communications from University of Missouri, St. Louis with a minor in Management & Public Relations. I am also Google Adwords and Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certified.
