Hi there!
I'm Amy Friederich, Certified Yoga Teacher and Founder of Amy Lynn Yoga. I've been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2016, all while working full-time in the legal field. That was until COVID-19 hit and I was let go from my cushy corporate job. Seeing an immediate need for more online wellness programs, I started my business and haven't looked back! The pandemic has highlighted how important it is to prioritize well-being, including our physical, mental, and emotional health.
I offer private instruction for individual clients, as well as group classes for companies, organizations, and friends and family who wish to practice together. In addition to yoga and meditation sessions, I offer wellness webinars for professionals on the importance of self-care and occupational well-being. Given my experience as a former trial lawyer, I am extremely passionate about helping others find balance.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first yoga experience. Amy got back to me in a timely manner and was able to schedule me at a convenient time at a great location in Forest Park. As a first timer she was very informative and patient with me. I look forward to seeing Amy again!

I reached out to Amy to do an unconventional bridal yoga party. She was quick to jump on board with my plan! She was very responsive beforehand. Prompt showing up as well. Our session was everything we wanted!! We all felt less stressed and relaxed afterwards! She was really good with working with beginners but also knew when to push it for the non beginners. Thank you Amy for the amazing workout! We will be seeing you again! ☺️

Amy is awesome! I have limited mobility in my right leg due to surgery so we have been doing chair yoga. I still get a great workout. Amy will go at your pace whether you are a beginner, advanced, or recovering from an operation. I love having my sessions in the comfort of my home via zoom during this pandemic. I purchased a 10 session packet which reduces my hourly costs. I highly recommend Amy Lynn Yoga!

Amy is absolute Rockstar! I never really was a Yoga person prior to working with Amy but couldn't be happier that we connected. Her sessions have helped me make significant progress on recovering from back pain. In addition to that I am more physically fit, more flexible, and more relaxed. Amy conducted a remote yoga session for a group of our lawyers and staff. It was relaxing and enjoyable. I'd recommend her services to other firms, businesses, or individuals. It was especially nice to offer something like this to employees during the pandemic, when stress can be high.
