- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at ProSteam Carpet Care we are very up front with all of our prices, we are family owned and operated and guarantee all of work. Carpet cleaning is 36.95 per room up to 200 Sq. Ft. per room or 5 rooms receive a free hall for 184.75 we do have a 2 room minimum and a 15.00 service for water/waste disposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at ProSteam you will always get a live receptionist that will answer all of your questions that you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of ProSteam carpet care i have over 25 years of carpet experience, we are IICRC certified and certified in water removal and flood and restoration.
