I hate to give someone one star especially since I never received their service so I can not speak to whether or not they do a good job or not. My low review is simply for the fact that I am on a tight deadline for getting things done before I move out of my apartment. I called this company yesterday 11/22/2019 to come out to my apartment the following day for a quote and possible cleaning and they call me less than two hours before the time window of arrival to tell me they are backed up and can’t come out. I could have called someone else and had another company do it. It’s a little hard to believe that the company didn’t know less than 24 hours ago that they were over booked. Now with that being said the woman I spoke to on the phone was polite and not rude in anyway, but overall this is just really unprofessional of them to me.
