Eric got the automated backup system working on my Mac again, and retrieved many valuable photos and documents from several old hard drives. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Eric came out to help me switch or my HDD to SSD on my Mac. He was very personable, helpful, and easy to work with. As he was going through each step he explained everything very thoroughly. It ended up that we ran up against a time commitment I had and Eric was willing to come back the next day to complete the work. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for both simple and complicated repairs.
