We hired Jeff to help with a few house projects, including electrical (relocating, adding, replacing & grounding outlets), plumbing (replacing old pipe and spicket), as well as drywall installation. Jeff was responsive, efficient and did an excellent job! He is knowledgeable and gets the job done right! I will definitely be using A1 Maintenance again for projects that come up and will without a doubt recommend him to anyone that needs projects completed around the house.

Jeff was right on time! He was very professional and able to easily fix my issues. I had an inspector at the condo who sited 2 minor things that needing fixing in order to pass and Jeff was willing to perform those tasks as well including making a trip to Home depot to obtain the supplies. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the time efficiency he completed the task. I would def hire him again if needed in the future.

Great job, difficult situation with a lot of trouble shooting involved. A1 was thourough and patient, he finally found the source of the problem and fixed. No everthing is working like new.

Came on very short notice on a weekend. No expensive emergency rates. Was in and out problem fixed and even charged less than he quoted. Highly recommended and will be using A1 for all future plumbing needs.
