At "The Quick Fix Hero," we believe in transparent, competitive pricing. Our rates are based on the specific type of job, materials required, and labor involved. We offer free estimates, so customers know upfront what to expect. For ongoing projects or repeat customers, we provide discounted rates. There are no hidden fees, and we always communicate any potential additional costs before starting work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial consultation, either in person or over the phone. We discuss the project needs, scope of work, and expectations. After the assessment, I provide a detailed quote. Once the customer approves, we schedule the job at a convenient time. Throughout the project, I keep the customer informed of progress and ensure the work is completed to their satisfaction. After completion, we go over the work done to make sure everything meets or exceeds expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in home improvement and handyman services, along with specialized training in plumbing, drywall installation, painting, and demolition.
