- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I general figure up how long it will take and give my estimates typically if it takes long I dont change my bid unless more is added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m pretty easy going and can’t say I have a process. I guess it would be talking with them and finding out exactly what there wanting do and accommodating to that
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most everything I’ve learned has been through working with guys around the firehouse
