At Busy Bee Cleaning Services we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to house cleaning – every cleaning service is tailored to the clients exact needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that time is very valuable – that is why we are flexible about scheduling cleaning appointments, starting with a phone or physical consultation to understand what type of service and type of cleaning supplies they would like us to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer support for the past 6 years, and I learn to resolve issues with empathy and care, nurturing customer relationships by using clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills. I have strong attention to detail, with exceptional time management.
