- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can reach out to the office and Thys will be happy to gather information from them. Thys will schedule them for either a in person/ zoom or FB 30-minute free consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe that education is never ending. On the website has list all my certifications. I abide by ICF code of ethics and guidelines. I have over 200 hours of education.
