Pricing varies depending on the frequency of service, size of job, equipment required and objects obstructing the cleaning or to be maneuvered around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Harris Bros. does not have customers, we have friends and family. We want to handle your business as though you were our mother, father, brother or sister. We will take your call and get a bit of information before scheduling a time to meet and deliver an estimate. Once you have received your quote and have decided to place a work order we are very quick in executing the job. If there is no objection we may finish the work before ever leaving your property. In the following days we will send an eMail and call to be sure everything was carried out to your standards and nothing was missed. If an aspect of the job is not performed to your satisfaction we will come back and right our wrong withing twenty-four hours. When you hire Harris Bros. you're not just buying the service, you're buying peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company's foremost owner is Rowdy Harris. Rowdy has an Associate's of Art in General Studies, Associates of Science in Business Administration and an Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
