We have an old tub and plumbing fixtures but he was able to find the replacement cartridges for it (with help from the Benjamin Franklin team) now we have more drips. Also replaced the kitchen sink drain so now itll hold water. Aven was very courteous, respectful and answered/ explained what why and how the cartridge functioned. He also told me about the warranty on the parts he replaced also what to be aware of the age of the faucet mechanicals that there might be some issues in the future. I appreciate the honesty of his explanations and his work. Thank you!

We were so fortunate to have Chase Allen solve our 24 year old toilet issues. He was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and with expertise replaced both toilets. Chase did a great detective job finding a leak that was as not showing normal signs of where the leak actually turned out to be. And fixed everything up in a timely fashion. He even vacuumed the mess from the repair! Cant ask for better than that!
