- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon what our clients wants. Sometimes we are a little higher, but most of the time we are cheaper. We almost always offer more services for less money. When we bid on a project, it always includes delivery, plates, utensils, and napkins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always researching new recipes, reading various articles to stay up on what the newest trends are.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my first job at a pizza restaurant in Houston, MO and fell in love with the food service industry. I worked in food service all through college and earned my degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Upon completion of college I did a lot of catering events with my employers which included weddings, conventions and even catering events for past Presidents and Prime Ministers. I love the creativeness.
