- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes every three years our employees get re certified by CompTia for A+, Net +, and Security +. Every time a new Operating system comes out we go through an extensive training program for that operating system to learn it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in computers since I was 8 I took my fist computer apart when I was 10 years old and started messing with everything and loved doing it. I did a lot of computer help when I was in Jr High and Hgh School loed that went to college for Network management and still loving it day.It is like the old saying goes if you do what you love you never work a day in your life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Server work for businesses, computer troubleshooting, and repair for residential customers.
