- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary per event. We tailor each event to the exact desire of our clients! Aside from Photo Booth, we also offer DJ services, Monogram Lighting, Uplighting, Ceremony Sound Systems, Screens and Projectors as well as Wedding Officiants! All "add-ons" are at a discounted rate. Our packages start at $300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We "Super Serve" our clients! Perfect genuine service is what it's all about! We consult with each unique client to perfect the perfect package for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff is well trained prior to being sent on an event. Our techs and attendants are constantly "cross-trained" among each other, as well as with our "friendly competitors", where we share new industry secrets. Our techs and attendants are also up-to-speed with the latest trends, thus, constantly growing the professionalism of our service! We also have a graphic designer on staff.
