- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to the pricing, pricing is determined by what services you want provided, the time, and the number of people attending. I have very competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get in contact with the new customers. I go over all the details with them to figure out the schedule and get to know the customer. I believe in dealing with customers face to face the old fashion way. I want to develop a relationship with the customer to gather what their interest are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am finishing up my Masters Degree in Business Administration. I am Protools Recording Engineering Certified. I have 15 years of doing weddings all over the country.
