I work primarily with adult men who are dealing with ADHD, addiction, or past trauma, offering a straightforward, collaborative approach that helps you understand patterns that keep you stuck and build practical strategies to move forward. Sessions are out-of-network, normally $220 per session for individual counseling and $250 for couples, but that can be slightly negotiated based on need, and I’m partnered with Thrizer to make reimbursement fast and simple. I cannot accept insurance directly though, and unless you have Out Of Network insurance benefits I can only accept out of pocket payment. I offer both in-person sessions in NYC and virtual appointments for those who prefer the convenience or are long-distance. Please schedule a session with me at the link below:See more
