- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation is free and scheduled at the client's convenience by phone, FaceTime or Skype, or in person at my salon location in Springfield, Missouri. I have over 10 years of professional, in-salon experience with extensive experience with bridal and wedding party hair and makeup, prom and other special occasion hair and makeup, as well as extensive location hair and makeup experience, including print/photo shoot, television, and film experience. Pricing of my services is competitive in this market for my experience, skill, education and demand. *Please note: Every effort is made for quotes sent by Thumbtack that are as accurate as possible; however, consultation is necessary to determine a solid price, since there are often variables about each wedding or special occasion service, or standard salon services that are not known until we are able to talk about specifics, and I'm able to discuss and/or see a potential client's hair, etc. Thank you for taking this into consideration.* I work hard to meet and exceed client expectations, and constantly look for ways to add value to meet their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With wedding clients (or other special occasion, photo shoot, etc. clients), I consult with new or potential clients at their earliest convenience, whether by phone, email, FaceTime or Skype, or in person at my salon location in Springfield, Missouri - whatever is most convenient for them. First I answer any questions, and also ask any necessary questions needed to move forward. I keep detailed records for use as we move forward. Then we continue with scheduling, pre-run appointments, color or other necessary services, etc. until your wedding or other occasion, or scheduling of other in-salon services. With new clients who need services, such as haircolor, hair cutting and design, keratin smoothing treatments, etc. the process is the same. Consultation is available at your earliest convenience, to answer questions you have before scheduling your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Cosmetologist, and hold a Class CA Cosmetology license in the State of Missouri, which includes hairdressing, makeup artistry, esthetician, and manicuring services.
