Buy not doing shoddy work. He will gain your trust. You will believe him. Then he'll send out some slack jawed yokels who will not know what they're doing drag their feet for hours, and then tell you they just need time. Here's my painted bathroom ceiling and the grout that is now, according to them repaired.,
