Tim completed everything the same day I contacted him. I live out of state and he will be my new go-to for anything I need done on my boy’s college rental. The boys are extremely happy with the results and I found someone I can trust to get the work done. This included plumbing, electrical, and a door frame.

Tim was very efficient. He was able to get the Customer scheduled and the repair completed the same day. Very responsive, and thorough. My company Makes Ice baths, he studied our manual to ensure he knew the job then went out and changed the part like a pro. Very well priced. He also got the job done in pretty good time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
rather than charging a trip charge, plus labor, I feel that charging an hourly rate plus parts if needed is better for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with them explain how pricing works
then as they tell me the issue they have I come look and give an estimate and explain to them the problem and solution to the problem. I give options of what can be done and let the customer make the decision how to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father was a tv repairman. I always had an interest in electronics. fixed my first radio at eight years old. after that I was hooked. I had to know how it worked.
