The painters were very pleasant and did a great job - painting all the trim inside my house. I asked 5 people for estimates on this job. Shawn got back to me the day I asked him and came out to give me an estimate the next day and the painting started 2 days later. I still haven't heard from the other 4 I asked for estimates.

Had a great experience with them. I hired Brent and Shawn to finish painting a 26 ft foyer that was a very challenging area. This was a project of mine that had languished for a year and they finished it in one morning. I liked their work so much that I immediately got a bid for the 26ft vaulted ceiling and they scheduled the job within days and did impeccable work. They work very hard. Have excellent communication and are very professional. Hands down the most responsive contractors I’ve ever worked with and I don’t ever want to work with anyone else. I’ll be referring A+Bros Painting to everyone I know.

The five stars is more for the painterTrevor, than for the company. A+ returned my call quickly, came out the next day and had the estimate to me within 48 hours. We negotiated a final fair price within 5 minutes. The worked commenced within two days. I thought Brent would be coming with a crew to paint but Trevor showed up by himself and got to work. He worked during the heat dome with feel like temps of 110. As many times as we said it would be okay to wait till the heat broke, Trevor said no, he wanted to keep working. He was fantastic the entire time during the project. As for A+ painting, I never saw them again after agreeing to the estimate except once when he wanted to pick up a check. The rear of my house is two stories and needed a tall ladder which he needed to strap to the top of his personal car while A+ painting had a company vehicle they could have used to deliver the appropriate sized ladder. Having said all that, A+ painting did supply an excellent painter and they did respond quickly while other companies actually no showed to the meeting to give estimate. Trevor rocked!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local, prompt, efficient, fair, reliable, and respectful.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message you back to set up a day to do a full measurement to give you a proper free estimate. We then email you the estimate or invoice. Once you approve we then ask for half of the invoice up front to start the project. First day is prep and what ever can be done in that day. The fallowing days are spent with the soul focus of completing the project in a timely manner. Once done a final walkthrough with the you the client is conducted. If you the client is satisfied we collect the last half of the payment of the invoice. A fallow up in a week to two be done by a phone call, email or text. If our services are still needed we will be there for you.
