Introduction: It is my level of professional hands on experience, (now exceeding 20,000 hours over 21 years). I am known by my piers and clients as "the King of form". I give a lot of attention to teaching the foundations of both physical form and mental preparation to consistently achieve safe productive workouts. You will be taught and reminded as often as required to maintain proper bio-mechanics, posture, breathing, and movement in general. Its like erecting a building. You must first establish a strong reliable foundation before building the rest of the structure above! What I like most about my job is that I am in a position to actually contribute to making a notable and positive difference in the quality of peoples' lives!

I came to Gary as someone in relatively good shape, who was looking to take my fitness to the next level. He delivered! I have never been leaner, stronger, or more proud of myself. Gary’s training style is the perfect mix of friendly and tough. He is warm and welcoming, but also pushed me further than I’d ever be able to push myself, driving me to achieve serious results. One of my favorite things about Gary is his appreciation and understanding of the fundamentals of fitness. He took the time to teach me proper form, so that when we moved on the heavier weights and more intense exercises I was able to execute the moves properly and safely. It also guaranteed that I was getting the maximum benefit from each move. To anyone who is even considering a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Gary. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased strength, or simply to spice up your existing workout regime, Gary is the man to see.

Gary has basically changed my life. I was overweight, anxious, depressed, the list goes on. With his help I look and feel better. I have lost weight, no longer have anxiety, and skip instead of walking. On top of that he is a stand up guy, and I am glad to call him a friend.

I started working with Gary in January of 2013. I am continuing work with Gary. I have lost 30 pounds of fat and several inches. I have gone from a 40 inch waist to a 34 inch waist. I am stronger than I have ever been in my life. It is a great feeling. With Gary's knowledge and background he keeps the workouts varied so there is no problem with boredom.

Gary does an excellent job holding me accountable and pushing me to do more than I could do on my own. He customizes my workout to what makes me look and feel my best. With my shoulder injury last year, he has focused on safe, effective workouts. He kicks my butt in each and every work out. I love it!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Besides just liking them, qualify their level of education, their experience, and their track record. It is hard to beat a well educated experienced trainer with a history of good results. During your consultation, take note as to whether the trainer you are interviewing displays a sincere interest in helping you.
