I was thinking about buying my first home and I got Kyle's business card from a coworker. I e-mailed him, we met for coffee and talked about what I was looking for. He also thoroughly explained the whole process. After that meeting, he immediately started working on finding a house for me. He set me up with access to his website to look for properties that were within my budget and met my criteria. He took me to look at all of the properties that I liked, and he truly likes looking houses. This guy was always working to help me find the right house. Kyle is always working and was always available via email, text and phone to answer any questions or offer guidance. He always explained things and asked if I had any questions. He has a network of other professionals that he worked with to ensure that the process went smoothly. He did all of the heavy lifting setting up inspections, dealing with the mortgage company and the seller. He got me a great deal and caught something in the pre-close paperwork that saved me almost $600 at closing. He is personable (we talked fishing quite a bit) and he is professional. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he knows who to talk to in order to find the answer. Kyle definitely made the process easy and enjoyable. We went to closing today and I am now a homeowner. If you are even curious about looking for a house, you should call Kyle. I don't usually do these types of reviews and I don't endorse very many people, but if you want a great realtor Kyle is your guy.
