Rob was referred to us by our lender at USA Mortgage because we were looking for a home that complied with USDA loan guidelines. I'm so thankful we were referred, I couldn’t have chosen anyone better if I had done it myself! We went to Rob with a pretty low budget (120K) and high expectations (4bed, 2bath) for our area. He was very up front and honest with the fact that our scenario would be a difficult one to come by but he wouldn’t stop until we found ‘Home’. Rob even went door to door in our area looking for our perfect home, talk about hustle and dedication! I often contacted Rob with homes I had found on other sites and he was always there to answer questions and set up viewings. He was always very flexible with getting us into homes ASAP or first thing next day, we were not his only client but he sure made it feel like we were! As first time home buyers, we had many questions and boy was making offerings nerve wreaking but Rob was able to keep me calm with answers to all my questions and always kept me up to date with what was going on. When we found our home (on budget and meet expectations!!) Rob worked around the clock with the listing agent and our lender to ensure everything went smooth! Even now (2 months later) after our purchase was final I was able to reach out to Rob for referrals for things I needed around the house. He is always so helpful! We’ve gained an outstanding friend!
