- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is fair and competitive — we’re not the most expensive or the cheapest, but we always deliver great value. If there’s ever a concern about pricing, we’re happy to work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. We also offer a 3% discount for military and law enforcement as a thank-you for their service. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After the initial contact, we perform a detailed inspection to determine the extent of the damage. We’ll let you know honestly if an insurance claim is necessary. Our team assists throughout the entire insurance process to keep things simple and stress-free. No matter the situation — with or without insurance — we’re committed to supporting you and keeping you informed throughout the entire renovation process. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?With over ten years in the roofing industry, I’ve had the chance to see it from every angle. I’ve worked as a national ladder assist alongside insurance adjusters to identify damage and also as a licensed property adjuster for a local Springfield company. Having worked with multiple local roofing companies, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver honest, quality work for every customer.
