excellent communication! having never filed a home owner insurance claim, they helped walk me through every step. i will update this post (if possible) when they are done with the roof replacement, but I think the work will be stellar so i give 5 stars and more if i could

We had our roof done just a few weeks ago by Roof One and couldn't be happier! Chris was amazing to work with and worked so hard to get our roof completely covered by insurance. He made several trips by the house to work with insurance and was very flexible with his time. Our roof looks great and all the extra attention to detail, such as painting the vent pipes to match the roof, cleanup, and speed with which they finished the roof was all great. We highly recommend Chris and all the people at roof one!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hello, I’m Jim Nelle, Owner & Founder of Roof One LLC. I opened my first location in Oakland County Michigan in 2001, after working my way up to Operations Manager for a large roofing company I decided to pursue the American Dream and started my own business, Roof One. I figured if I did top quality work at an affordable price and stand behind my work, my business would grow. From Michigan, I opened a branch in St. Louis where my dad was born and my sister and brother-in-law live, then I opened my four states option with the main office in Carthage, MO. Several years ago, I sold my St. Louis location to my brother-in-law and his business partner and in 2019 I sold all my interest in my Michigan location to my business partner. In 2017, after 3 years in Carthage, I opened my final locations in Carthage and Springfield MO serving the Four States Region. I’ve fallen in love with this part of the country, people are friendly, price of living is good, I’ve found a great church, Second Baptist Church in Springfield. This area is where I plan to live and retire.
