- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can be flexible with my pricing, especially for weddings. It really comes down to what is most important to you. Some couples only want files, while others really value heirloom wedding albums and prints. I believe that every couple deserves beautiful wedding images, so I try as much as I can to work within my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start out chatting via email or phone call. I really want to encourage open communication with my clients. I will try to schedule a face-to-face consult before we exchange any money or contracts for wedding work, although I have booked clients without meeting with them first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I began as a self-taught photographer, I take continuing education courses through Creative Live from top industry professionals, as well as workshops.
