- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked to help in planning my mother-in-law's wedding but also be the maid of honor. (I dont reccomend that to anyone.) So I did and it turned out to be a very stressfull but an enjoyable experience. All of the guests said "you should do this for a living. You are very good at this." So I thought about it and well here I am today running a successful company and I ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework. Make sure that the event planner you hire is organized, confident, and will make whatever idea you have work or at least get very close to it. Obviously there can be some bumps in the road but just make sure that they are willing to try and make it happen.
