- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very affordable. I also have annual discounts on recurring cleans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to gather their information, have a conversation about what their needs were. What areas of their home they would like targeted. I am offering remote estimates due to the Covid-19 pandemic which makes it easy to get a free quote. I am very communicative so I ensure my client knows the day and time of their scheduled cleaning by sending them a confirmation text or email. I am extremely flexible. I try to allow my client to choose the best day that works for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning houses with my Mother in 2012 and I have been in the hospitality field ever since.
