Very responsive company! Angela and Judy came to my house within a day after I contacted them so I could interview them and they could give me a price estimate. Their pricing is well within the average for the area. Judy came today for the first house cleaning after hiring. She was so pleasant to have around and she did an outstanding job. So glad I found Top 2 Bottom!!

Disappointed that clothes were left in washer and dryer. Angela was told that the laundry was the biggest problem. Hope things will improve or will have to make a change soon.
Top 2 Bottom Cleaning & Repairs LLC's reply
I do apologize for leaving clothes in washer and dryer. At that time I was trying to work out the situation to get them finished before I had to leave. As of now I do have the laundry finished 99% of the time before I leave (depending on the amount of laundry). I have reset the length of time of being there to get the laundry finished. I hope that since June my work has been more satisfactory.

Angie was very friendly, thorough, great attention to detail and experienced in what landlords look for in moving out. My bathroom is cleaner than when we moved in despite me struggling against hard water for 4 years.

Due to my health issues and still trying to work 12 hour days, I can't clean my house the way I used to. I needed it deep cleaned and Angie did an amazing job! My husband is really particular and he's very happy! Great attention to detail, will definitely use her services again!

Angie has cleaned for us in multiple locations for several years. A 48 unit Rental Complex, Glenwood, Several other individual rental units, my office, Show-Me Realty, and our personal home. I find her and her staff to be very thorough, Trustworthy and efficient. I highly recommend Angela Wedge and her husband, Curtis, who is more on the Repairs/Painting area.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally with a new client, I first want to meet with the person(s) and get acquainted. Next, discuss their needs of the project and ensure all the necessities needed to do the project, including any possibilities that may arise during the project. Once there is a full understanding of the project and time span of work, a reasonable quote is negotiated to the satisfaction of both parties. Last is setting a date to do the job.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The cleaning section of my business is something that has been nurtured. The attentiveness to detail is a learned process through jobs dealing with health inspections. The combination of these has made cleaning work a passion and a compassion of others needs. The construction, painting, and repair section of my business has been past down from generations. The knowledge and techniques of our work is from years of experience. The passion of doing the work comes from the heart.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Price is not everything. A providers integrity and reliability is most important.
