- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best not to complicate pricing, but, offering as many services as we do, its sometimes hard. Application development projects we quote and perform under a fixed price agreement. Hardware, equipment, software, licensing, and services (i.e. - backups, virtualized servers, hosting) are billed directly one time / monthly / yearly. Everything else is billed hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to setup an exploratory call to discover if we are a good fit. If so, we work through the project & expectations, then get to work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers run the gambit from organizations like the US Department of Homeland Security to small 2 person start-ups. We offer services and IT support at nearly every level of organizational growth.
