- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves starting with a conversation about their pet's history and any specific needs they may have. This includes discussing their expectations for training and what they hope to achieve. I make a promise to commit to the training process and provide follow-up sessions to ensure that the training is successful and reinforced over time. After this initial discussion, I provide an overview of the training process and answer any questions the customer may have. This helps to ensure that we are on the same page and have a clear understanding of what we hope to achieve through training.
