- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing based on the type of property and the level of management support it needs at the time. Every property is different, so pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all. We discuss pricing upfront during our initial conversations, not at the last minute when a contract is ready to be signed. That way, expectations are clear from the beginning and there are no surprises later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discovery call to understand your property, goals, and expectations. From there, we conduct a detailed onboarding process that includes a property walkthrough, documentation of key systems and maintenance items, and setup in our management software. We also review pricing strategy, leasing plans, and preventative maintenance so there are no surprises later. Once onboarded, you’ll have clear communication channels, regular updates, and a dedicated team managing your investment like it’s our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed real estate broker with hands-on experience in property management, leasing, investor services, and asset performance. Our team is trained in industry-leading tools like Buildium and HappyCo inspections, and we stay current on fair housing laws, local regulations, and best practices through continuing education and professional development. We also collaborate closely with experienced contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance is handled correctly, not just quickly.
