Mr. Alexander was on time for my scheduled carpet cleaning. He was very professional when speaking on the phone. Very positive and upbeat attitude. I told him he has his work cut out for him, he laughed and said that’s “ Marvelous!” I absolutely loved that. I’ll definitely be using his services again!
