Introduction: I work with people closely to get results. If you're not, we figure it out and change things. Every workout is different. Every workout changes in some way to improve your results. Every person is different and has different needs, so I use that to shape the workouts specifically to them. I'm not going to throw you under the bus and have you doing things you're not ready to do. I'm going to take care of you, take you from your current fitness level and improve your fitness level with every session to help you reach the goal we set for you. This is really important. I specialize in P90X personal training. Everyone's seen those results and this type of training works. Muscle confusion is what gets results so the workouts need to constantly change. I'm not going to give you the same moves that you've seen people do over and over again. I'm going to give you a wide variety of moves that force your body to change. I'm also going to give you the nutrition plan to help you reach your goals, tell you exactly what foods to eat and how to portion out your food for great results. This is key! helping people change their life! that's awesome to be part of.

Mike has been working with me in the area of health and fitness for a number of years. He is one of the main reasons I have been successful and reclaiming my and health and fitness levels. Mike did a great job of designing a fitness strategy specifically for me! For years bad knees prevented me from attaining the fitness level I desired. Also, Mike's flexibility allowed me to navigate schedule challenges and stay on track with my workout plan. With Mike's expertise he was able to get me on the road to physical fitness without injury!

Mike's workouts are amazing. He has us do things that you are able to succeed on any level, and you never feel like you are not able to keep up. I know there are others that are more fit than I am, but I don't notice because we are doing the same things and the same number of things, just modified to fit us individually. He has a great personality and makes working out hard, but fun. I would definitely recommend him to a person of any level of fitnes!

    be careful who you hire. I've seen a lot of trainers and they're not worth whatever you're paying them. Look for a trainer: - who cares about YOUR goals and what YOU want. - who pays close attention to you the entire time you're with them. - who shows you the moves and even does some with you. - who pushes you to do more than you think you can. - who gives you a very clear roadmap to reach your goals. - who helps you with nutrition. - who's in great shape themselves. If you're not happy with them, tell them.
