- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates and I am willing to come by the residence to look at the project if sufficient information cannot be provided by photo or communication. However for larger jobs such as decking or fencing if the estimate time exceeds my one hour minimum or job location exceeds my normal working area (20 miles) I do require a $38 minimum fee. I have a $38 an hour fee with a 1 hour minimum on installation such as (faucets, appliance replacement and direct installment, etc). This one hour minimum also applies for (assembly or disassembly of furniture, fitness equipment, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with new clients aligns with the process of existing clients. I will Communicate with you to establish a clear understanding of your project and get a suitable time to look over the project in person if necessary and/or to complete the work that is needed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is always best to have a clear understanding of what you are needing done in a project. This not only helps you to visualize the results but it will help the project specialist get a better understanding and provide the most accurate estimate possible. Providing as much detailed information as possible about your project will help ensure the job is completed efficiently and accurately
