Keegan and his crew have been nothing short of amazing to work with. Ive been in the middle of renovating my own home and decided to reach out for his expertise.Even when I was on the fence about his services he would answer questions about the project I was working on. Most contractors Ive come in contact with cant even tell me if they want the job or not; but this guy here helped me even before I decided to hire him for anything.Communication is everything and hes never left me hanging. Even with tough issues I trusted he would make the right call and took his suggestions and I couldnt be happier with the end results. He continues to be someone I can still reach out to even after the job for any questions or concerns! Dont hesitate to reach out and have an open dialogue about what you need.

I used Keegan and his guys to redo my bathroom that someone else had started and messed it up. Keegan came and looked at it and said that there was nothing he could do with what the guy had started. He would have to take it down and redo everything. So they did and They did excellent work. Cleaned up after there selfs. Explained everything in detail of what they were going to do. I couldnt be happier. They are the best and I would recommend them.So there are before and after photos. Love my shower now. Thank you so much Keegan.

Keegan, at The Custom Shower, recently did a demo of our old tile floors and replaced them with LVF. We could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received from the moment he arrived to give us a quote, until the end of the project. He and his staff navigated the rules and restrictions of our condo POA with respect and full compliance, which can be difficult in a high rise building with no freight elevators. All of his staff were knowledgeable and respectful. Additionally, they arrived each day on time, which is rare these days. If we ever have other job to do in our condo, we will definitely call on his services again. Do not hesitate to give him a call. His company is fantastic.

Keegan and his crew were professional and perfectionists. They discovered that the tiles I had purchased from Hoods were not all the same size as they stated on the boxes. Instead of installing them as is, Keegan let me know and explained that it would look bad to install them. He and his crew brought all of the boxes back down, we went to hoods and exchanged them. I was so thankful for the honesty, help, suggestions and the meticulous job they did. I could not have been more pleased!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Custom Shower Company, we offer custom pricing for each project, tailored to reflect the unique design, materials, and features our clients choose. While our luxury services emphasize quality craftsmanship and premium materials, we offer a range of pricing tiers to accommodate different budgets. We provide transparent, itemized quotes with no hidden fees, and occasionally offer seasonal promotions or package discounts on full bathroom remodels. To ensure every client receives exceptional value, we work closely with them to align project goals with the budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation where we listen to your vision, goals, and any specific requirements you may have. From there, our design team develops a custom concept based on your style preferences, functional needs, and budget. After refining the design with your feedback, we create a detailed project plan that outlines timelines and milestones. During the construction phase, a dedicated project manager keeps you updated and coordinates every aspect to ensure quality and efficiency. We complete the project with a final walkthrough to make sure every detail meets our high standards – and your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team comprises highly skilled professionals with backgrounds in interior design, architecture, and construction management. Each member has specialized training in luxury bathroom remodeling, including certifications in tile installation, waterproofing, and other essential trades. We also stay updated on industry trends and building codes through continuous education and professional development to ensure that every project reflects the latest innovations and standards in bathroom design and construction.
