Hello....my name is Tisha Grissett. I have been a residential cleaner off and on for several years. In the summer of 2022, I decided I needed a change in employment. I was ready to take control of my time and my life. Therefore, I decided to start working towards having my own cleaning business by 2025. I currently have 8 clients. One client is a "Once A Month" basic clean, another is 2-3 times a week basic clean, my 6 other clients I rotate bi-weekly. I offer several different types of cleanings from basic, deep, one-time, move-out, move-in, garage organizing and cleanings, shed organizing and cleaning, porch and/or outside kitchen areas cleaned and organized, if needed etc. My goal when cleaning a clients home, regardless of whether they want a basic clean or deep clean, is to first go over what their clean will consist of and give a round about estimate of how long and how much. It is very seldom that the estimate has been the actual total. This estimate gives the client an idea of what their clean could possibly be. I then ask if there are any extra tasks the client would like for me to address and if so, how much it will cost the client. Next, I get all cleaning supplies I will be using and take them to the area I will be starting in. I try to always start from the top down and from the back forward. My focus is to work at a steady pace, touching every item that the clients type of clean consist of being respectful of the client and their home. I aim to give my clients the type of service that I would expect to receive and at a price that is warranted of the time and the services, while also trying to meet my clients along their budget.
