Gentlemen came and done an assessment and quoted me a fair price. Arrived as scheduled for our appointment. Very professional and polite. He hasn't started yet because my lawn was just serviced so it'll be a couple of weeks and I will update my review then. Very nice gentleman, I look forward to working with him for my lawn care needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are reasonable and may change over the course of the job slightly. All estimates are free. If a customer refers SQLC to someone for service for the season, that customer will recive a one time 50% discount. Refer two customers for season receive a one time 100% discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll start off by ask the customer what he/she wants,and whenever the job is approaching the final stage. I'll ask the customer are they satisfied with the progress of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of experience on the job training. I am always doing research on maintaining properties.
