Overall, I was fairly pleased with our move by Handy Dandy Moving. The customer service up to the move was phenomenal, the option to use my own truck was great, and the fact they moved us on New Years was awesome. The guys that came to move us were very nice, but it was odd that one brought his girlfriend and she sat in the car all day. Additionally, I heard at least one of them discussing the large and small tips they received on past jobs more than once. It made me not want to tip at all, to be honest, especially when we went over the allotted time and one of them complained multiple times about the stairs. Overall, I'm not upset with going over on the amount of time. The local uhaul screwed me on my reservation resulting in getting a smaller truck, meaning 3 trips were needed. It was only the two of them going down 1 flight and up 3 with the furniture, and while it probably could have been a little faster, I didn't feel like they were too slow because if nothing else, I knew they wanted to get back home (and the girlfriend did too). For the price, I am overall pleased with Handy Dandy Moving. I would consider them again in the future.
